Big Splash!! We are back

Yes! finally as of Monday 21st June

we will be restarting our swimming lessons at Treorchy and Beddau.

As you would expect starting back is

going to require a number of changes

to be in place to protect everyone,

so while we are doing everything possible

to ensure we are Covid compliant, there are a number of items we will require your support and understanding with.

1. Complete our track and trace form before attending,

2. Do Not Attend if you have any Covid symptoms.

3. Maintain Social Distancing at all times.

4. Masks MUST be worn inside at all times.

5. Sanitize hands regularly, Sanitation stations are provided.

6. Bring Children beach ready.

7. Temperatures will be taken on entry.

Beddau ONLY

1. Children will be collected by staff member at building entry.

2. NO parents allowed in building.

3. Lesson times have been adjusted for sanitation purposes be aware of your new time

4. Children will be returned at pool emergency exit at side of building.

Treorchy ONLY

1. Children will be met at Blue door from changing rooms

2. To maintain Social Distancing and Safeguarding we can only

allow Splash and Wave 1 class parents onto poolside at present.

3. Parents are asked to return to car while waiting

4. When changing Children use the coloured mats laid out to maintain distancing

5. It is advised NOT to use the showers, Drying and Dressing children in changing rooms

as quickly as possible.

6. Do Not enter sports hall (barn), entry to and from male changing via side of building.

What we are doing to maintain Covid Compliance.

1. All over 18 staff members have had at least their 1st Vaccination.

2. All Staff are required to complete twice week lateral flow covid tests.

3. We will ensure equipment is sanitised between classes.

4. Track and trace in place

5. Temperature checks in place

6. Alcohol free sanitizing stations

7. Hospital grade antiseptic wipes in use

8. Cleaning between lessons.

Please help us to maintain your child's swimming development by adhering to all measures.

We will be reviewing these measures regularly and adjusting in line with Gov and LEA guidance.
